Add "private account" feature#57

Gives users the option to only let their friends see their reviews and ratings. Each follower of a private account would have to be accepted by the account owner, much like on Instagram and Twitter.

i really enjoy the openness of letterboxd and musicboard but i think both would benefit from having a private account feature as they’re- essentially social media platforms
